Food Diary – 3rd May 2012
May 3rd, 2012
rick So weighed myself this morning and after I’ve been hovering up and down in weight (actually not that worried by my weight just fat levels) and suddenly I have dropped 3 pounds and without question I am leaner (not lean yet) which is a great sign, I don’t think I have lost too much muscle at this stage due to the strength training and eating at least my maintenance calories (I don’t count them) the calorific deficit comes through the exercise therefore tricking my body not to go into starvation mode and reduce my leptin levels, and so it goes on!

Man That Sh*t Hurts!

rick
Another night in the dojo complete but feeling the pain that’s for sure! When I got knocked of my R1 down Baker Street a few years back now I managed to break my wrist again (having broken it in another motorbike accident when I was 14) and it’s definitely not been the same since.
